P.A.P.A. was formed by concerned medical practitioners to ensure quality medical care can continue to be delivered to patients.

The Association is committed to educating the public and the legislative bodies as to the escalating problems that have arisen to lessen the effectiveness of medical care to those needing such care.

Home to the world's finest medical colleges, Pennsylvania is unable to provide hundreds of thousands of patients sufficient maternity care and emergency care services.

And because of that, patients who might have otherwise lived have died.

In 1999, Chester County had six fulltime emergency neurosergons. Today there are none. This has resulted in at least seven preventable deaths.
