PAPA is a 501 (c) (3) Charitable Organization. Our work is accomplished through education: educating the public, the media, and elected officials about Pennsylvania’s health care delivery crisis and its consequences.

Our Mission

Putting Patients First

PAPA was formed by concerned medical practitioners to ensure quality medical care can continue to be delivered to patients. Our chief aim is to return maternity and critical care services to the babies, mothers, and families of Pennsylvania.

The Association is committed to educating the public and the legislative bodies as to the escalating problems that have arisen to lessen the effectiveness of medical care to those needing such care.
